Job duties:


1、Responsible for the technical support work of the company's products and technical services;


2, participate in the marketing activities of the company's products, host technical seminars, technical advice at exhibitions, etc.;


3, actively cooperate with the sales department to deal with customer technical consultation in a timely manner, cooperate with the marketing department to provide timely feedback on market information and maintain key customers;


4、Participate in the preparation of catalogs, technical data, website information and network advertisements of relevant products;


5、Responsible for the technical training of the company's internal staff, improve the technical standards of sales staff.

Candidate requirements:


1、Master's degree or above in biological science, biotechnology, medicine and other related majors;


2、Excellent professional level, able to read and translate English scientific and technical literature fluently, good oral skills;


3、Proactive, rigorous and careful, honest and reliable, strong sense of responsibility;


4, good oral and written expression skills, strong customer service awareness and coordination and communication skills.


5, with life science brand company product promotion, product technical support or related laboratory work experience is preferred;
